*Staff will meet participants at the doors to the Michener Aquatic Centre to let them in
- Pre-registration is required to participate. Drop-ins are not permitted. Online registration closes one hour before start time
- Change rooms have limited capacity; please come dressed in swimming attire and shower at home after swimming
- Arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to your reserved time and leave the facility immediately after your reservation time ends
- Reservations can vary from 1-2 hours depending on aquatic activity selected
- Lanes are double width with a maximum of 4 people per lane
- Please use hand sanitizer or wash hands frequently while at the facility
- Physical distancing is required. Please remain 2 metres away from others.
- Towels are not available for rental
- The use of hair dryers is not permitted in change rooms
- The use of snorkels is prohibited
- Water fountains with “refillable water bottle stations” are open
- You may cancel your registration up to 24 business hours before your reserved start time. Cancellations within 24 hours of the class start are not refundable. To cancel, visit https://www.reddeer.ca/cancel.
- Registrations are non-transferable.
- Anyone feeling unwell or experiencing COVID-19 symptoms should refrain from visiting City facilities.
