Kids Yoga - CC

Join Jamie from Little Lights Yoga as your 5-9 year old child is introduced to the benefits of yoga, from increased flexibility, strength, self-confidence, self regulation, body awareness, and co-ordination. Children also feel calmer and more relaxed, giving them a healthy foundation for their journey in life. Plus, it’s FUN! We will explore breathing exercises, yoga poses, relaxation techniques, and ways to meditate all through games and playful practices. Instructor: Jamie
