Flow and Stretch: This yoga class seamlessly weaves movement with stillness, creating a holistic connection between your mind, body, and breath. Flow through poses to build some yang energy, then transition into longer-held stretches, immersing yourself in a balance of movement and relaxation. The flow includes transitions between standing and floor poses, so this class is best enjoyed if you feel comfortable coming to and from the mat. Props such as bolsters, blocks, or blankets are warmly welcomed. Instructor: Sharon Diep.
