Flow and Stretch: This yoga class seamlessly weaves movement with stillness, creating a holistic connection between your mind, body, and breath. Flow through poses and transition into longer-held stretches immersing yourself in the balance of movement and relaxation. Leave feeling rejuvenated, grounded, and connected. All levels welcome. Please feel welcome to bring your own props such as bolsters, blocks, or blankets.
