The Kiwanis picnic shelter situated adjacent to Bower Ponds is close to playgrounds, a nine-hole pitch and putt golf course, walking trails and open fire pits. Firewood is not provided. Water is not available at this site. Washroom facilities and facility rentals are open seasonally from Saturday of May Long weekend to Thanksgiving Monday in October. Shelter can seat approximately 20 people. Adjacent picnic tables and grass area beside the picnic shelter are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Pets and alcohol are prohibited. All parks within the City shall be closed to public gatherings from 11 PM to 7:00 AM
