Save a spot in your favourite drop-in class. . Book now and don’t miss out due to full classes. Either swipe your pass or pay a drop-in when you arrive at the facility. If you are unable to attend a class in person, consider browsing the Virtual Fitness opportunities here. A limited number of drop-in spaces for those who have not booked online will continue to be available at facilities for these classes as well.
*Please Note: Pre-bookabe drop-in POUND Rockout Workout at the Intermediate School requires pre-payment at the time of booking. All other drop-in opportunities are paid upon arrival.

  • Book your spot up to 8 days in advance. Bookings for the next available day will open at 7 a.m. 8 days prior to the activity.

    *Please remember to cancel bookings that you are unable to attend as this releases your spot so that others may participate.
