This class is designed for youth and teens who are comfortable in deep water and want to refine their swimming strokes. Swimmers will focus on improving technique, efficiency, and endurance in front crawl, back crawl, and breaststroke. Through drills, personalized feedback, and structured workouts, participants will build confidence and enhance their overall performance in the water. Ideal for swimmers preparing lifeguard training or personal fitness goals.
